This is a very important pro-bono project for all of us at Vincent Design.
After the terrible news that one of our close friends tragically lost their 15 year old son, Ben, to an undiagnosed heart condition in July 2016. We obviously wanted to help and support them as much as we could.
Team Ben Hammond is a fundraising group, raising money on behalf of CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) to provide local heart screening days for young people between the ages of 14 and 35.
We originally designed the logo, and a bespoke typeface followed – which was inspired by us remembering carving messages on tree trunks (Ben loved the great outdoors). We have now created a range of marketing materials which have been needed including stationery, posters, leaflets and banners. A website has also recently been built with the help of our great web partners Dewar/Green.
We have also designed the team’s fundraising t-shirts for use at various events, ranging from the South Coast Challenge to the London Marathon, and the now annual TBH beer festival, numerous cake sales, church services and school visits.
We are proud to be involved, and hold Ben in our hearts.
